School, home, and my crazy dad

My parents and I had a nice long talk yesterday after school. We came to a very hard conclusion.

My grades have been suffering all semester, and my financial aid hasn't been finalized (my fault though). So I owe the school $1,750. We decided that I would have until May to pay this semester off, and then next semester I will go back as a freshman. Try again I guess is the way to do it. So this next semester I will be working probably full time at Burger King or Hobby Lobby. I want to try and get in there (HL).

Then I told my 'rents that I wanted to take them out to supper at BK. I had three free meal cards and didn't feel like eating steak and potatoes. Well, my dad didn't want to leave the house. We argued for like a half hour until I finally said "Fine then, I'm not bringing you anything, because I could get in trouble for sharing my meal cards." He said, "Fine, I'll just make something here." So my mom and I left for BK and he fell asleep. When we got home he started freaking out. He was yelling and screaming. My mom finally says, "HAROL'!! Blow a blood vessel why don't ya?!" I had to laugh. "IT'S NOT FUNNY BETH!!" he says. My mom said "Yeah, it kind of is." Then he went frumping into the kitchen to make some food for himself.

After that we put the Christmas tree up. It takes forever! The branches are wire, so we have to spread them apart and my mom has to have them perfect. It looks so pretty. It's a white tree with pink lights, and gold, light pink, and blue ornaments, and dark pink garland. It glows pink!! I love it.

I went to the Spongebob movie this weekend. It was so funny! Ya gotta see it. SpongeBob has a cute butt!

Lovvens,

Wow, I wasn't even aware that HL was a chain.  Where do you live?

I started over in school and turned out just fine.  Sometimes a dose of reality does wonders for your soul.

I live in Bismarck, ND. It hasn't opened yet. A supermarket moved out of the building that HL is in now. They made it so much bigger. It's a good thing for me because they are closed on Sundays.
